What the project needed to accomplish.

LeadMind is presented as a lead-management app for sales professionals, real estate agents, consultants, and other businesses that need a simpler way to track opportunities. The public site focuses on lead capture, follow-up discipline, pipeline visibility, and the ability to work even without a network connection.

Lead follow-up is usually where opportunities disappear. The product problem here is not just storing contacts, but helping users keep every lead organized, scheduled, searchable, and actionable so nothing slips between calls, meetings, and pipeline stages.

LeadMind packages the whole follow-up loop into one product: detailed lead records, status tracking, reminder scheduling, search and filter tools, note-taking, offline access, and backup/export support. Its privacy-first positioning also keeps data on the device unless the user chooses otherwise, which makes the product attractive for professionals who want control over their business information.
