What the project needed to accomplish.

Pullman is an internal mobile application built for employees of Pullman Tour Eiffel. The published project description frames it as an operational tool designed to support daily work activities and improve service delivery through better access to tasks, updates, and communication.

The app needed to support ongoing operational coordination for hotel staff while staying consistent across iOS and Android and keeping employee-facing information synchronized in real time.

Flutter was used for cross-platform development, with Firebase powering the backend data layer and Firebase Cloud Messaging handling notifications. The app centers on task visibility, real-time updates, documentation access, communication tools, and timely reminders.
